If your license is currently in its renewal cycle and you need CE credits to renew, you'll need to complete those requirements through the DBPR. BidMax handles the brokerage affiliation side, giving you a brokerage to hang your license with so you can go active.
Our 80/20 Commission Split plan is $99/year. That's less than $9/month. You only pay BidMax more if you actually close a deal (20% of the commission). It's the most affordable way to maintain an active Florida real estate license.
No. There are no production requirements, mandatory meetings, or desk time. Many agents join simply to keep their license active for personal transactions or referrals. You work on your own terms as an independent contractor.
If your license expires, you'll need to go through the DBPR reinstatement process, which requires additional continuing education courses, reinstatement fees, and processing time. It's significantly more expensive and time-consuming than simply renewing and affiliating with a brokerage now.
